Beschreibung

Cell permeable inhibitor of Calpain I, Calpain II, Cathepsin B, and Cathepsin L. Strong inhibitory activity against Cathepsin L and the strongest activity of Cathepsin B amongst the peptide aldehydes. Inhibits activation-induced programmed cell death and restores defective immune responses in HIV+ donors. Prevents nitric oxide production by activated macrophages.
