Beschreibung

Wilms’ Tumor Protein (WT1) is a suppressor gene located on chromosome 11p13, it regulates transcription of other genes and can function both as a transcriptional activator and repressor. The antibody reacts with all isoforms of WT1 and also identifies WT1 lacking exon 2-encoded amino acids.WT1 has been identified in proliferative mesothelial cells, malignant mesothelioma, ovarian cystadenocarcinoma, gonadoblastoma, nephroblastoma and desmoplastic small round cell tumor.
