Beschreibung
CD3 (Cluster of Differentiation 3) is a protein complex that is composed of five chains (gamma, delta, epsilon, zeta, eta) which associate with the T-cell antigen receptor (TCR). CD3 is involved in the development and survival of T-cells. This antibody detects T-cells and T-cell derived malignancies. It is known as the best allround T-cell marker.
