Beschreibung

CD25 (Cluster of Differentiation 25) is a low-affinity receptor for interleukin-2 (IL-2). It is found on activated B-cells, T-cells, some thymocytes, myeloid precursors and oligodendrocytes. This antibody has been used to distinguish between neoplastic mast cell aggregates and reactive proliferations in Systemic Mastocytosis. It detects B-cell neoplasms, some acute nonlymphocytic leukemias, neuroblastomas and tumor infiltrating lymphocytes.
