Beschreibung

CD23 is an IgE receptor, that regulates IgE levels. It is a key molecule in B-cell activation and growth. CD23 is found on mature B-cells, activated macrophages, eosinophils, follicular dendritic cells and platelets. This antibody detects B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia, follicular dendritic cell tumors, mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma, the majority of centroblastic-centricytic lymphomas, a small fraction of centroblastic lymphomas, and rarely tumor cells in centrocytic lymphomas. It is non-reactive with mantle cell lymphoma.
