Beschreibung
This antibody recognizes the regulator gene BCL6, which encodes for a zinc finger protein. It detects germinal center cells in lymphoid follicles and a variety of lymphomas including Burkitt's lymphoma and nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin's Disease. BCL6 is not expressed in hairy cell leukemia, mantle cell or marginal-zone derived lymphomas.
