Beschreibung
Actin is a major component of the cytoskeleton. This antibody reacts with actin of myofibroblasts and myoepithelial cells, no cross-reaction with actin of cardiac or skeletal muscle. Paired with Actin Muscle Specific, a discrimination between leiomyosarcoma and rhybdomyosarcoma is possible.
