Beschreibung

CD34 (Cluster of Differentiation 34) is a cell surface glycoprotein and functions as a cell-cell adhesion factor. It is expressed on hematopoetic stem/progenitor cells, endothelial cells, fibroblasts and other stromal components. This antibody is a useful marker to quantify and purify hematopoetic stem/progenitor cells, to identify tumors with endothelial or lymphoid differentiation as well as gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
